Weight Loss Program

The 8-week YMCA Weight Loss Program is designed to help participants achieve weight loss success in a way that's both healthy and fun. Each weekly hour long session will explore practical topics such as meal planning and healthy eating, increasing physical activity, overcoming weight loss plateaus and staying disciplines and motivated.

July 13 - August 31, 2024 Saturdays 12-1 pm
September 7 - October 26, 2024 Saturdays 12-1 pm
November 2 - December 21, 2024 Saturdays 12-1 pm
January 4 - February 22, 2025 Saturdays 12-1 pm
March 1 - April 19, 2025 Saturdays 12-1 pm
May 10- June 28, 2025 Saturdays 12-1 pm

Ages: 16 years old and up
Rates: Facility members: $50; Program members: $75
