Oldham County Swim Team Clinics

Oldham County Family YMCA is offering two great swim clinics to prepare you for the upcoming swim team season.

TECHNIQUE: Keep your stroke sharp at this technique clinic. Join our Orca coaches as you prepare for your summer swim teams. Offered Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30–5:30pm. This is for swimmers that have been on a swim team or have passed the Stroke and Turn class.

ENDURANCE: Keep your endurance up as you prepare for your summer swim teams. Offered Tuesdays 5:30–6:30pm and Fridays 4:30–5:30pm, This is for swimmers that have been on a swim team previously (competent in all four strokes) or have passed the Stroke and Turn class.
