Pool Party

What's Included In All Party Packages

• First hour in the party room and second hour in the pool
• Private swim time & lifeguard
• Party room includes tables with tablecloths, chairs, balloons, and a t-shirt for the birthday child
• Party Attendant for party duration

Swim tests will be performed on all swimmers under the age of 14. Red necklaces have a limited boundary if not swimming with an adult. Testing may cut into your groups swim time, we recommend encouraging guests to test before the event by stopping by our front desk or contacting Cassie Wells at  cwells@ymcalouisville.org

Standard Party Rates

• Facility Members: $205 for 20 guests
• Program Members: $275 for 20 guests

After 20 guests, there will be an additional $25 charge. 25 guest maximum. Need more room? Email cwells@ymcalouisville.org

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Party Hosts can bring in food, drinks, and decorations of their choice, but are required to clean up these items. Party Hosts can arrive up to 30 minutes early and must have all belongings out of the Party Room 30 minutes post party, or additional fees may be charged. 

ADDITIONAL POOL PACKAGES
Deluxe Pool Party Package: For an extra $140, you can upgrade your party package to a Deluxe Pool Party Package. The Deluxe Package includes pizza, drinks, and extra decorations according to the selected theme in addition to the tables with tablecloths, chairs, balloons, and T-shirt that are part of the standard package. $75 deposit is required at booking, Deluxe Party upcharges are also required at registration. All remaining balances must be paid one week prior to the event. Party reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance. Additional swim time, party room time, and ice cream are available.

Late Night Pool Party Package: Celebrate with an exclusive after-hours party! Available every Friday, 7–9pm! All attendees must be over 8 years old. $75 deposit is required at booking, Deluxe Party upcharges are also required at registration. All remaining balances must be paid one week prior to the event. Party reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.

Bounce Party

Kid’s Club Party

• Two hours in our Kids’ Club/Kids’ Zone area

• Facility Members: $165 for 20 guests
• Program Members: $235 for 20 guests

Pool Birthday Party

• Swim time with certified lifeguard
• Party room includes tables, chairs, treat bags, and a t-shirt for the birthday child
• Party Attendant for party duration
• Parties are available on Sundays 11:30am–1:30pm and 1:30-3:30pm

Rock Wall Birthday Party

What's Included in Rock Wall Party Package

• First hour in the party room and second hour at the Rock Wall
• Climbing with certified belayer
• Party room includes tables, chairs, treat bags, and a t-shirt for the birthday child
• Party Attendant for party duration
• Parties are available on Sundays 1:30–3:30pm

All rock wall participants MUST BE at least 6-years old to participate on the rock wall. ALL rock wall participants must sign a waiver before participating.

Activity Parties

• Facility Members: $200 for 10 kids/$250 for 15 kids
• Program Members: $250 for 10 kids/$300 for 15 kids

Pool Parties

• Facility Members: $300 for 10 kids/$350 for 15 kids
• Program Members: $350 for 10 kids/$400 for 15 kids

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Host family provides the decorations of their choice.
• One adult per 10 children is required to stay with the party group at all times.
• Activity Parties available on Saturdays or Sundays. Two hours exclusive use of Club Y from 3:30- 5:30pm.
• Pool Parties available on Sundays. One hour non-exclusive use of the pool followed by one hour use of Club Y. Use of the pool from 3:30-4:30pm followed by use of Club Y from 4:30-5:30pm.
• Pool Parties are only available for participants 4 to 12 years of age.
• Reservations must be made at least two weeks before your desired party date.

Celebrate your birthday with a Kids' Club party!

What's Included:

• Two hour block in our Kids' Club space
• YMCA staff member to help you set up, clean up, and answer any questions during the event

Rates:

• Activity Party
  • Facility member: 10 kids ($150); 15 kids ($200)
  • Program member: 10 kids ($250); 15 kids ($300)
• Pool Party
  • Facility member: 10 kids ($200); 15 kids ($250)
  • Program member: 10 kids ($300); 15 kids ($350)

Additional Information:

• Birthday party rentals are available on SUNDAYS from September 8, 2024 to December 22, 2024.

We will provide sports equipment for various sports or games; soccer, flag football, dodgeball or other indoor field games. Parties last for one hour on the field and one hour in the party room.

What's Included:

• One hour of field time and one hour in the party room (able to set up 30 minutes prior to the start time and 30 minutes afterwards to clean up)
• Up to 25 cups for free refills of fountain drinks at the concession stand
• A bag of popcorn per party participant

Rates:

• $200 for a max of 25 participants
