Pool Party
What's Included In All Party Packages
- First hour in the party room and second hour in the pool
- Private swim time & lifeguard
- Party room includes tables with tablecloths, chairs, balloons, and a t-shirt for the birthday child

Swim tests will be performed on all swimmers under the age of 14. Red necklaces have a limited boundary if not swimming with an adult. Testing may cut into your groups swim time, we recommend encouraging guests to test before the event by stopping by our front desk or contacting Cassie Wells at cwells@ymcalouisville.org
Standard Party Rates
- Facility Members: $205 for 20 guests
- Program Members: $275 for 20 guests
After 20 guests, there will be an additional $25 charge. 25 guest maximum. Need more room? Email cwells@ymcalouisville.org
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Party Hosts can bring in food, drinks, and decorations of their choice, but are required to clean up these items. Party Hosts can arrive up to 30 minutes early and must have all belongings out of the Party Room 30 minutes post party, or additional fees may be charged.
ADDITIONAL POOL PACKAGES
Deluxe Pool Party Package: For an extra $140, you can upgrade your party package to a Deluxe Pool Party Package. The Deluxe Package includes pizza, drinks, and extra decorations according to the selected theme in addition to the tables with tablecloths, chairs, balloons, and T-shirt that are part of the standard package. $75 deposit is required at booking, Deluxe Party upcharges are also required at registration. All remaining balances must be paid one week prior to the event. Party reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance. Additional swim time, party room time, and ice cream are available.
Late Night Pool Party Package: Celebrate with an exclusive after-hours party! Available every Friday, 7–9pm! All attendees must be over 8 years old. $75 deposit is required at booking, Deluxe Party upcharges are also required at registration. All remaining balances must be paid one week prior to the event. Party reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.
