Women On Weights

Are you a woman who is interested in incorporating free weights into your workout? This program is featured for strong women like YOU who are wanting to learn about weight training for muscle strength, toning and bone health. You will learn proper lifting techniques, workout routines and use of various resistance equipment. All fitness levels are welcome
