Weightlifting Programs
Weightlifting Fundamentals is a FREE training program for adults focusing on the basics of weight lifting, understanding the free-weight area, and executing lifts safely and effectively.
Ready for a little bit more? Go for a weightlifting personal record with the Weightlifting Club! If you achieve it your name goes on a board in the weight room. Receive a t-shirt at the time of registration to motivate you towards your goal.
- Weightlifting Fundamentals: Offered at Clark County Family YMCA and Downtown Family YMCA
- Weightlifting Club: Offered at Southwest Family YMCA
• Weightlifting Fundamentals: FREE
• Weightlifting Club: $14 for YMCA facility members. A t-shirt is included with your registration.
