Make a Referral

1. 24/7 Shelter House: If you would like to refer a teen to Shelter House, or are a teen in need (self-refer), call or text 502-635-5233. A staff member will respond and walk you through the next steps.

2. Youth Development Drop-In Center: Drop-In Center: Referrals are not needed for YDC. Young adults 18–24 may drop-in Monday–Friday 8:30–1pm.

3. Y-NOW Mentoring: Learn more about referring a youth to Y-NOW Mentoring Program

4. Street Outreach: If you would like to refer a homeless person or notify us of a new homeless camp we should visit, call or text 502-635-5233.
