Youth Indoor Lacrosse

At the YMCA, our youth indoor lacrosse leagues are designed for high school girls teams to continue to advance their skills.

At the Y, we offer girls lacrosse leagues for individuals and teams. Lacrosse leagues are run by the Oldham County Family YMCA. We work on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character building in a fun, safe environment that allows all players to grow in self-confidence and thrive.

Schedule

Registration typically opens in November, and the season typically runs January-February. Game and practice schedules are released at the start of the season. Practice schedules are determined by requests, coach availability, venue availability and more.

Safety First!

Safety is our top priority. We follow all CDC guidelines, along with those from state and local officials, to ensure we provide the healthiest environment possible.

At a Glance

This program is for varsity and junior varsity high school girls teams only. Game days will consist of a 10-minute warm-up period followed by a 48-minute game. Each player must have a stick, mouth piece, and full pads. Helmets are available if needed.
