Youth Weightlifting Fundamentals

This free program focuses on teaching the basics of weight lifting, understanding the free-weight area, and executing lifts safely and effectively. Weightlifting can be an integral part of a teen's healthy and active lifestyle. It supports physical growth, enhances athletic performance, reduces the risk of injury, and contributes to overall health and psychological well-being.
