Community-Wide Membership Rates
With your community-wide membership, you will get full access to your branch’s facility, indoor pool, and programming, as well as enjoy all YMCA locations in the Greater Louisville area and Southern Indiana.
We offer affordable membership and program rates, including reduced rates for Calypso Cove Family Waterpark, based on household income. Lower income-based fees are available for households earning less than $65,000. Contact your local Y for more information.
* Family membership covers up to two adults and dependent children up to age 25 living in the same household. Additional adults over age 25 living in the same household may be added for $20 per month per adult, by calling or stopping by your branch location.
** The join fee is a one-time fee as long as your membership remains active. Should your membership lapse, you are subject to this fee again.
*** The outdoor Calypso Cove Family Waterpark fee is an optional add-on. Once you pay a one-time fee, you gain a lifetime access to the waterpark as long as your family membership remains active. Should your membership lapse, you are subject to this fee again. Calypso Cove Family Water Park is located at Northeast Family YMCA

Definitely! Complete an online form and you will receive a free guest pass. You must be at least 21 years of age and show photo ID to use the facilities. Limit one (1) visit per guest per year. Does not include Calypso Cove. Other restrictions may apply.

Locker Rental is $5-$25 per month depending on the size. Unlimited Laundry Service is $15 per month for one bag and $30 per month for two bags. Stop by the front desk for more information.

In extreme weather conditions, we will attempt to hold all scheduled classes and programs. We recommend that you call 502-587-6700 before coming to the Y during extreme weather periods.

Parkers may pay with cash or credit card at the exit (at the guest rate) or at the kiosk in the Y lobby just prior to exiting. In order to receive the member rate, members must pay at the kiosk in the Y lobby where membership card will be scanned to verify active membership. Remember to bring your parking ticket in with you to the Y.

Yes. $10 monthly cards will be available for YMCA members which will provide up to 90 hours per month and immediate access through all gates. Monthly parkers have access to the back alley exit gate.

Parking is not free on weekdays. However, Y members enjoy free parking on weekends.

Yes. Special one-time complimentary parking will be easily handled by YMCA or JCPS staff, as they do now. A bar code sticker will be added to the parking ticket to allow free exit.
What happens if there is a gate malfunction?
What happens if there is a gate malfunction?
The gate has an intercom system available 24 hour, seven days a week from which the gate can be opened remotely.
The new system will operate like other automated garages downtown and will have detailed instructions. If you are unsure, simply touch the intercom button and a system administrator will walk you through it.
The 24-7 remote monitor will be alerted and the gates will be raised until the problem is resolved.
